What is it?
Breakout EDU is an immersive games platform for learners of all ages. In Breakout EDU games, players work collaboratively to solve a series of critical thinking puzzles in order to open a locked box. Each Breakout EDU starter kit can be used to play hundreds of games.
How many kits do we have?
We began the year with 2 BreakoutEDU complete kits. Thanks to a generous donation we were just able to purchase 2 more for a total of 4 kits.
Who uses the BreakoutEDU kits?
In the 2016-17 school year our 3rd, 4th and 5th Graders have each participated in 2 BreakoutEDU Sessions (Oh, The Places You'll Go and Reindeer Games) during their Makerspace classes. Students in grades 4 and 5 also participated in the digital breakout below for Read Across America Day.
